1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the 515 Bakery website and placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Orders
All products are baked fresh to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment through Square for online orders, or cash/payment at pickup for qualifying orders.
A processing fee may be applied to credit card transactions to cover payment processing costs.
4. Pickup Policy
All orders are for local pickup only. Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. Please contact us if you need to reschedule your pickup.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited without refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation begun.
6. Allergen Information
Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. If you have food allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
7. Cottage Food Disclaimer
515 Bakery operates under Iowa's Cottage Food Law. As required by law:
These products are home produced and processed and the production area have not been inspected by the Department of Inspections and Appeals.
8. Limitation of Liability
515 Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or consumption of our products.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
